These terms apply to customers purchasing as consumers. All mandatory rights provided by applicable law remain unaffected.
2. Subject matter of sales
Through the website it is possible to purchase, subject to actual availability:
- bakery and pastry products by pre-order;
- places on amateur workshop courses;
- tickets or participation in events;
- digital gift vouchers that can be used for bar and dining-room products.
Before purchase, each offer states the main features, price, availability, pick-up or usage arrangements, and any specific conditions.
The specific conditions of an offer supplement these terms and cannot limit the consumer's mandatory rights.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in euros and include applicable taxes. Any additional costs are shown before the order is submitted.
Payment is always made in advance and in full.
Online payments are processed through Worldline. The payment methods actually accepted are displayed during the purchase process.
If a payment is not authorised or not completed, the order is not confirmed.
4. Purchase procedure and order confirmation
Before submitting the order, the customer can review the summary of purchases, the total amount due and the data entered, correcting any errors.
The customer must provide correct data and a valid email address to receive communications relating to the purchase.
Submitting the order creates an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded when B-UNCH S.R.L. notifies the customer of acceptance of the order.
Confirmation is sent by email and includes the purchase summary and the applicable terms in a durable format.
If an order cannot be accepted due to unavailability of the product or service, the customer is informed and any amounts already charged are refunded in full.
5. Pre-orders of bakery and pastry products
Products can be pre-ordered for subsequent days, choosing among the dates and time slots available on the website.
For pick-up on the day immediately following, the order must be completed by 12:00 noon of the previous day.
For example, to collect an order tomorrow, the purchase must be completed by 12:00 noon today.
All times stated in these terms refer to Italian local time.
6. Pick-up and storage of products
Pick-up takes place at daPRETTE, Via Dante 20/22/24/26, Padova, on the date and within the time slot confirmed in the order.
At pick-up, the customer may be asked to show the order confirmation or other information to identify it.
The customer must follow the storage, transport and consumption instructions provided for the products purchased.
If the agreed time cannot be met, the customer is invited to promptly contact customer service.
Failure to collect the order through the customer's fault does not entitle the customer to a refund for perishable products correctly prepared and made available on the agreed date, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights under the law.
7. Cancelling pre-orders
The customer may cancel a pre-order and obtain a full refund by sending a request by 12:00 noon of the day before the scheduled pick-up date.
This deadline also applies to orders placed several days in advance.
For example, an order to be collected on Friday can be cancelled by 12:00 noon on Thursday.
The request can be sent:
- by email to info@daprette.com;
- by WhatsApp to +39 049 7991965.
The communication must allow the purchase to be identified, preferably indicating the buyer's name, order number and pick-up date.
The time the request is received is what counts, even if customer service replies later.
After the deadline above, given that preparation and leavening have already started, cancellation with refund is not available, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights.
Any changes to an order are subject to a feasibility check and confirmation by daPRETTE.
8. Food information, allergens and compliance
Mandatory food information, including information on allergens, is made available in accordance with applicable law, including before the conclusion of a distance purchase.
The customer is invited to review this information and to contact daPRETTE before purchase in case of doubts or specific dietary needs.
Requests to change ingredients must be expressly confirmed by daPRETTE.
As these are handmade products, slight aesthetic variations from the photographs may occur, without affecting the agreed characteristics or the conformity of the product.
In case of an incorrect, defective or non-conforming product, the customer can contact customer service at info@daprette.com or by WhatsApp to +39 049 7991965.
Sending photographs may help with verification but is not a condition for exercising the rights provided by law.
The remedies provided by consumer protection law remain applicable, taking into account the nature and shelf life of the product.
9. Right of withdrawal on products
The right of withdrawal for change of mind is excluded, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letters c) and d), of the Italian Consumer Code, for:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
The applicable exclusion is communicated before purchase.
Simply belonging to the category of food products does not automatically exclude the right of withdrawal.
For any goods not covered by these exceptions, the consumer may withdraw within 14 days from the day on which they acquire physical possession of the product, personally or through a third party designated by them, other than the carrier.
Withdrawal may be communicated through an explicit statement sent to customer service's contact details, optionally using the form provided at the end of these terms, or through the online withdrawal function provided by applicable law.
The customer must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of communicating the withdrawal. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer, provided it was communicated before purchase.
The customer is only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
The exclusion of the right of withdrawal for change of mind does not limit rights relating to defective, incorrect or non-conforming products.
10. Workshop courses
Each course's page states its content, date, times, venue, price, services included, any participation requirements and minimum number of participants, if applicable.
Registration is confirmed upon acceptance of the order and payment in full.
Participants must follow the organisational, hygiene and safety instructions provided for the activity.
Any dietary needs or other relevant requirements for participation must be communicated before purchase, so that daPRETTE can check their compatibility with the course.
Cancellation by the participant. The participant may cancel their registration and obtain a full refund by communicating their withdrawal by 23:59 on the seventh calendar day before the course date. For example, for a course scheduled on a Saturday, the deadline is 23:59 on the Saturday of the previous week. The request must be sent to info@daprette.com or by WhatsApp to +39 049 7991965, stating the information needed to identify the booking. The time the request is received is what counts.
After this deadline, withdrawal or failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights under the law. Before the course starts, it is possible to notify a substitution of the participant, provided the substitute meets any requirements set out in the offer.
Right of withdrawal. For amateur courses that constitute leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance, the statutory right of withdrawal for change of mind does not apply, pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n), of the Italian Consumer Code. This exclusion is communicated before purchase and does not affect the possibility of cancelling with a refund within the deadline indicated above.
For any courses of a different nature, the applicable rules are specified, in compliance with the consumer's mandatory rights.
11. Events
Each event's page states the date, times, venue, price, content included and any access requirements.
Participation is confirmed upon acceptance of the order and payment in full.
Unless more favourable conditions are stated in the offer, the customer may cancel their participation and obtain a full refund by communicating their withdrawal by 23:59 on the seventh calendar day before the event date.
The request must be sent to info@daprette.com or by WhatsApp to +39 049 7991965. The time the request is received is what counts.
After this deadline, withdrawal or failure to attend does not entitle the customer to a refund, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights under the law.
Substitution of the participant is allowed before the event starts, provided the substitute meets any access requirements.
For events classified as leisure activities with a specific date or period of performance, the right of withdrawal for change of mind is excluded pursuant to Article 59, paragraph 1, letter n), of the Italian Consumer Code. This exclusion is communicated before purchase.
12. Cancellation or change of courses and events by daPRETTE
If daPRETTE cancels a course or event, including due to the minimum number of participants stated in the offer not being reached, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the amounts paid for participation.
In case of a change of date or a substantial change to the service, the customer may accept the alternative proposal or obtain a full refund.
Rescheduling to another date or issuing a voucher may be agreed at the customer's choice and are not imposed in place of the refund owed.
Any further rights provided by law remain unaffected.
13. Digital gift vouchers
Purchase and delivery. daPRETTE gift vouchers are available in denominations of 5, 10 and 30 euros. Payment is made in advance and in full. After the purchase is confirmed, the voucher is made available in digital form through a link that the buyer can share with the recipient.
How to access the voucher is communicated during purchase and in the related confirmation. If the link is not received or cannot be accessed, the buyer can contact customer service.
Validity and use. The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. The expiry date is shown on the voucher or in the communication accompanying it. It can only be used at the daPRETTE store to purchase bar and dining-room products. It cannot be used for courses, events, merchandise or to purchase other gift vouchers.
The voucher may be used across multiple purchases until the balance is used up. Any remaining balance stays available until expiry. If the purchase amount exceeds the available credit, the difference can be paid using one of the payment methods accepted in store.
The voucher cannot be topped up and cannot be converted into cash, subject to the right of withdrawal and the other refund cases provided by law. On expiry, any remaining credit can no longer be used, subject to the consumer's mandatory rights.
Keeping the link safe. The link grants access to the voucher and allows its credit to be used. The buyer and the recipient must keep it safe. If it is lost or shared unintentionally, customer service must be contacted promptly. daPRETTE will check whether the voucher can be blocked and reissued for the credit still available, once the purchase has been identified. This provision does not exclude the seller's liability under the law.
Withdrawal from the voucher purchase. A consumer buyer may withdraw from the online purchase of the voucher within 14 days of the conclusion of the contract, without having to state a reason. Simply issuing, receiving or sharing the link does not cause the right of withdrawal to be lost.
To exercise it, the buyer must send an explicit statement to info@daprette.com or by WhatsApp to +39 049 7991965. They may optionally use the form provided at the end of these terms or the online withdrawal function provided by applicable law.
In case of withdrawal relating to an unused voucher, the voucher is deactivated and the amount paid is refunded in full to the buyer. If the voucher has been used, even partially, the request is handled in accordance with the applicable rules, without automatically excluding the consumer's mandatory rights.
14. Refunds
Any refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are made at no cost to the customer and without undue delay, in any case within 14 days:
- from receipt of a cancellation request submitted within the applicable deadline;
- from daPRETTE's communication of a cancellation;
- from receipt of the withdrawal communication, where applicable.
In the case of withdrawal involving goods to be returned, the refund may be withheld until the goods are received or until the customer provides evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first, unless the seller has offered to collect them.
Where required by law, the refund also includes the cost of the original standard delivery. Any additional cost resulting from choosing a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered is not refunded.
The time it takes for the refund to actually appear may depend on the issuer of the payment method used.
15. Customer service and complaints
For information about purchases, cancellation requests, issues with gift vouchers or complaints, the customer can contact:
- Email: info@daprette.com
- Phone and WhatsApp: +39 049 7991965
- Certified email (PEC): bunchsrl@sicurezzapostale.it
To help handle the request, it is advisable to state the buyer's name and the order details.
16. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the privacy notice available on the website.
The notice also describes the processing necessary to manage orders, payments, bookings and gift vouchers and, where applicable, the data of the gift recipient.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law.
For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of the contract, the Court of Padova has exclusive jurisdiction, unless the customer is a consumer: in that case, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, in accordance with applicable law.
Mandatory jurisdiction rules provided by law and the rules applicable to international disputes remain unaffected.
18. Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated. Changes apply to purchases made after their publication.
Each order is governed by the version of these terms made available and accepted at the time of purchase.
